Kelsey Schmitt is a registered dietitian with over 10 years of focused experience in eating disorders and one’s relationship with food. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from Central Washington University then worked as a dietetic technician at an eating disorder treatment program in Seattle for two years starting in 2012.
Kelsey then ventured to Massachusetts to complete her dietetic internship with Sodexo Health Services, before returning to the same company in Seattle as a newly minted dietitian in 2015.
After another two years in Seattle, Kelsey moved to her hometown of Richland, WA in 2017, where she started Cactus & Clove Nutrition Counseling. Kelsey also joined Recovery & Wellness Center at that time to serve as their dietitian in the eating disorder program, and is now a consulting dietitian to RWC and their team of nutrition staff.
A call to leave home and start anew brought her to beautiful Tennessee, where she is now based in Dayton. Kelsey continues her mission of helping individuals make peace with food and their bodies, empowering them to achieve lasting positive changes in their lives. Cactus & Clove continues to serve clients remotely in TN, TX, WA, OR, CA, VA and AZ.
